Why isn't my integration loading data?

Troubleshoot extensions not loading data. Check connection, re-authenticate, verify service status, and restart Beaconly to fix issues.

If an extension isn’t showing data, try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection - Extensions need connectivity to fetch data
  2. Re-authenticate - Your access token may have expired:
    • Right-click the extension
    • Select “Reconnect” or “Sign In Again”
  3. Check the service status - The third-party service might be experiencing downtime
  4. Review extension settings - Make sure filters and queries are configured correctly
  5. Restart Beaconly - Sometimes a fresh start resolves temporary issues
